Coexist has been supporting Eudaemonia Conferences, who provide specialist training for Religious Education teachers in schools, since 2008.

In 2010, Eudaemonia, with Dr. Peter Vardy of Heythrop College, have run a series of Conferences on “Teaching Islam Today” across ten cities in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. More than 350 practising and trainee teachers have engaged with these courses, make a big practical difference to understanding and attitudes in and from the classroom.

In 2011, Coexist will support eudaemonia in developing training for teaching Judaism, teaching RE in Primary Schools, and helping school leaders to look again at the place of faith in education.
